Tao Development is an at-risk hotel development company focused on select-service and full-service hotel properties across the United States. Our strategy is three fold:

The most unique characteristic of Tao's developments is that each project developed after December 1, 2008 is a LEED accredited project. With the many tools that are available for environmentally friendly developments, ie solar panels, geothermal systems, water recapture systems, low-energy HVAC systems, saltwater swimming pools, low or no-chemical cleaning and operating solutions, green development is quickly becoming the norm rather than the exception, and Tao plans to lead the way for future green hotel developments.
