Lubbock TX Project Description
Started in September of 2005, Milwaukee Ridge is the nation's first and foremost Safe Neighborhood. This is a master-planned, single-family community located less than a mile west of State Loop 289 in Lubbock, TX. This development is 215 acres in size, which will result in more than 500 single-family home-sites, 10 acre apartment tract, 30 acre retirement-living campus, as well as more than 20 acres of common park areas.
Currently, there are 150 completed home-sites in Milwaukee Ridge, and plans are in place to complete at least that many in the current year.
Location
Milwaukee Ridge is located 3/4 of a mile west of State Loop 289 in Lubbock, TX, or the southwest corner of Milwaukee Avenue and 34th Street.
